1. I can’t see a product I am looking for?

Please give us a call or drop us an email. It may be that we stock it but perhaps you’re searching by a different name. Alternatively, we don’t currently have what you’re looking for but may be able to source it for you, it never hurts to ask!

2. Can I get technical advice?

The only advice and information we can provide you relates ONLY to the products we sell you.

3. Do you allow ‘try and buy’?

No.

When you receive our products and remove them from their packaging, they effectively cannot be re-sold by us.

So, we must discourage our customers from thinking along the lines of “I’ll buy it only once I’ve tried it”.

We will however, be only too happy to offer advice and guidance in advance of your purchase and this does not in any way infringe upon your rights to return under consumer protection legislation.

4.What payment methods do you accept?

We are extremely flexible and will take many different forms of payment.
